Search Engine Update

There are three ways to approach search engine submissions One:you can do it your self at no cost submitting your site to search engines that do not charge. They are becoming rarer but with persistence you may be able to submit your web site to numerous small but unimportant search engines (there are hundreds) or try your luck at the major engines if you can find the link which still allows you to make submissions without any cost. There is no guarantee your submission will be included, and you may have to wait weeks before your site appears in the search engine.

Two: you can pay a search engine submission company to submit your site (these companies send out "spam" mail to solicit business) but few will guarantee that you site is submitted to the major "pay for listing" search engines. Instead they will submit to hundreds of obscure or small search engines that very few use. The major search engines, generally consider software automated submissions "spam" and will block them out.

Three: You can hire someone to assist you with your search engine listings, your selection of key words and/or phrases and the best ways to manually submit your web site to a few "pay for listing" or "pay per click" search engine many of the search engines draw from common data bases and so it is not necessary to list in all sites to appear in their respective data bases. Once the choice has been made as to your search engine submission strategy then it is only necessary to decide how often your will repeat the submission process. A long term plan, with proper selection of key words and phrases, careful choice of search engines and regular re-submissions is the most effective method
